Non-Chinese Footwear Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop planning directions based on product concepts, styles, and other related information, independently complete the process from design concept to product realization, adjust effectively based on various management opinions, and achieve established design task objectives.

2. Understand the requirements of product design, independently design shoe soles and uppers, and fully execute product planning tasks.

3. After the design drafts are approved, produce responsible series of techniques and color technologies as required, and deliver them on time with quality assurance. 4. Possess strong aesthetic sense, effectively integrate brand concepts with popular trends and consumer dynamics, and translate them into design work, outputting high-quality products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in footwear, fashion, art, or related design majors.

2. Familiarity with footwear (sports, casual) materials, product design knowledge, and development technology processes.

3. Strong market insight and industry acumen, able to grasp industry trends well.

4. Strong ability to control product design, good team spirit.

5. Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, good spirit of learning and innovation, willing to express personal suggestions.

6. Proficient in using design software such as AI, PS, 3Dmax for hand-drawing and design software applications.

3D建模设计师

 岗位职责:

1.根据时尚趋势的判断，结合市场因素要求进行产品的开发

2.配合设计师、相关部门开展建模工作

3.根据设计师提供的图纸，对相关产品进行建模

岗位要求:

1.大专以上学历，有鞋品设计、皮革或设计类专业，五年以上鞋类建模经验，懂参数化优先考虑；

2.熟悉运动、休闲鞋底的建模设计，曾在鞋品企业任职或鞋厂建模、底厂建模优先考虑；

3.熟悉犀牛、Blender、PS、lllustrator等相关设计软件；

4.沟通、协调能力强，能给予相关专业指导性建议，有一定的抗压能力和高效执行力。
